The place is comfortable and close to everywhere and the facilities in the hotel are complete for OR and swimming pool etc. and it is suitable for a place to relax with family and business colleagues too, thanks.

5 star hotel but call food from outside must pick it up yourself. No staff working at night. Rooms are not soundproof. There is renovation not informed and done in the morning is very disturbing. TV is still an old model.

The room is very comfortable, spacious, and the bathroom is clean. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. It's just that parking is a bit confusing because the parking lot is shared with an entertainment venue, initially I had to park quite far away. However, the security guard was quite helpful so I could get closer.

The staff was friendly but in my room the water heater doesn't function well and parking area is far away from lobby. But it's OK. I'll be back again.

Friendly and professional staffs. Room clean and spacious enough. Restroom also clean. Downside is the breakfast, lack of variations other than asian / indonesian foods, also mostly carbs based.

The staff is very unfriendly. Asking for a menu for room service was not delivered for 30 minutes, when called again, they directed me to order via WhatsApp. The estimated food will arrive in 40 minutes, but it has not arrived for almost 2 hours. I even WA several times, the food arrived cold and the Fettucini we ordered was hard and could not be eaten anymore because it was cold. Very bad room service! The receptionist was also very arrogant. I only stayed here once :)

Super delightful stay experience. The hotel offers Asia Restaurant with various all-you-can-eat menu options. The lunch is surprisingly delightful. Perfect choice to go for foodies and if you are travelling to North Jakarta / Ancol. Perfect for leisure as it is so close to Dufan and any other attraction in north Jakarta.
