The service was very friendly, the facilities were very pleasant. Thank you for the experience provided.

For. The comfort of the hotel & access I like, but there is something that is most disturbing when I checked in if for the deposit it is a general rule requested, now I was asked again tourism tax 20 RM / room I booked 2 rooms at that time, why was I asked for that, finally I paid at that time the female receptionist who was on duty at that time, she answered charged. Hotel rules in the world usually every payment has included tax & service. So there is no more tourism tax, Please hotel management tell me if there is, show me the rule. Even though I didn't ask for it at other hotels. Please clarify this because it concerns the good name of the KL hotel wp.

Clean neat and quiet close to the station.

The hotel was in a good location however parking of vehicle is a problem. Limited parking slots. Room was OK, clean and tidy. The breakfast was average with not much of variety.

Akomodasi luas dan nyaman, staff ramah.

Lokasi strategis dan dekat pusat kota ❤.

Kamar bersih dan luas. Dekat dengan kuliner, bank, stasiun. Tapi air kolam renang tidak terlalu besih.

Everything was great. Just hope they can provide laundry bags and slippers.

Bilik yang saya menginap ada pijat dah nak check out baru perasan, harap pihak hotel periksa kebersihan bilik, dalam tandas pun ada bau sikit.

Lots of ants; Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided; AC is not cold enough. The receptionist is not friendly. Prices should be lower. But, the room and shower are clean; Two mattresses for a family are clean and sufficient for 3 adults and 1 child.

ควรจะทำความสะอาดให้ดีกว่านี้ จองให้พี่ชาย5วัน มาถึงคือรู้สึกสกปรก ลงไปคุยกับพนักงานต้อนรับก็ทำกริยาต่ำใส่ บอกขอเปลี่ยนห้องได้ไหม ก็ทำไม่พอใจใส่ จนพี่ชายฉันเช็คเอาท์และเปลี่ยนโรงแรม ได้เงินคืนแค่ค่ามัดจำ 👎

OK. But unlucky cannot use the swimming pool. Out of service. My daughter very sad.

2017 Pernah nginap di sini & 2023 nginap lagi di sini. Hotelnya bersih, dekat kemana-mana, harga yang murah, staff yang ramah. Semoga bisa balik lagi liburan & menginap di sini.

Hotel rooms are clean, service is also friendly, there is a hair dryer in the toilet 😊👍🏻. Near town. Next time want to stay here again. Hehee.

Hotel ini sangat mudah untuk pergerakan kita kemana-mana dalam sekitar kawasan Bandar KL, saya menyukai hotel ini dan memang setiap kali datang KL akan menginap di WP. Permintaan tambahan selalu ditunaikan dengan sempurna.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, close to Indonesian cuisine, but hospitality, hotel cleanliness and facilities are not well maintained.

Big room, ok location, and comfortable, can come again if going to Kuala Lumpur
