Stay in for birthday trip. Staffs are very nice and thoughtful for the guest. Meals are nice, sauna is great, pools great. Will consider to do another staycation in westin

The hotel, the food, the staffs all are wonderful. Me and my son really had a wonderful time there. Thank you for Mba Lusi from the Henshin restaurant (I love the food there) and the breakfast staffs for the great services. We will come back again for sure ❤️.

From the beginning of entering the hotel, checking in and out, all the staff are very friendly, asking for a photo is happy to help, asking for additional pillows and dental kits are quickly given. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable and clean and can be on the 60th floor wow the view of the city of tall buildings and can see the sunrise and sunset is really impressive. The food is also varied and delicious, the juice is real fruit, real honey, basically very high quality. Will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Westin! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the breakfast spread—plenty of delicious options to start the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We were also celebrating my partner's birthday, and they went the extra mile to make it special. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely come back again!

Best experience. First time staying at Westin, first time trying the Renewal Corner type. The Front Office staff are very friendly, especially the guy who served me at the Receptionist. The room is super comfortable.

Impressive holiday, amazing

Staying here on early december this year, and it’s such a great hotel to stay. Good food, strategic location near the sport center Ambiance/Facilities: warm vibe, very clean, super well thought ammenities Food: like the dessert! Staff Assistance: very polite, friendly and informative Highlights: ambience great, nice christmas vibe Price: okay 😁 Location: in the middle of the city, easy to reach places

The room is spacious, clean, quiet, the view from the room is cool, the food is delicious, but it's a bit difficult to access because of the changing elevators 😁

Good, I had a problem when checking in and it was resolved easily because the staff was friendly and responsive.

Super spacious room, bed is very comfy. Only downside: lift took long, TV is not smart TV yet, need to update.

Finally I was able to stay at the Westin and felt like I was staying at a hotel in the highest tower in Jakarta. Even though this hotel is combined with Gamma Tower, finding a location for checking in is easy, all the instructions are clear. And the check-in process was greeted in a friendly manner and the process was fast. But for those who don't have a credit card, it's best to prepare cash for a deposit. At that time, with the cheapest room, I needed a deposit of 1.5 million. If you want to use debit, you can, but the return can take up to 30 days. The rooms are spacious, even if you take the cheapest one, the view is also okay, according to expectations. The rooms are also airtight so it's comfortable to rest. The breakfast menu is also delicious and has lots of variations, from Indonesian to foreign food.

A five star hotel with a provincial 4-star feel. As you step out of the elevator, immediately you are welcomed by a whiff of dampness, as if the carpet is old. Thev view in the room wasn't great despite being on 60th floor because the layout followed a standard franchise template of a mid hotel. The bed was nice, though. I slept well. But overall, it was not money well spent. For a bit more, I could have stayed at Mandarin Business Suite with Bunderan HI view in a room that feels like home and an amazing bathtub.
