The AC position should not face the bed directly.

Okay for a cheap price room, I have 👌👌👌👌 Suitable for backpackers. The price is pocket-friendly 😊😊😊

Overall it's ok for that price. But there's something new looking next to Viva Hotel.

Will the hotel management read this review? I hope so. They should improve their service in terms of room cleanliness and the friendliness of the hotel staff. This is my bad experience staying at this hotel. I don't think I will stay here again. And I don't recommend my relatives to stay here.

Overall okay, there is an elevator, a halal restaurant nearby, but there is no drinking water like most place2stay Metrocity, Sri Aman and Kenyalang

The hotel staff is not friendly, sour face serving customers. When staying during heavy rain, our room was flooded. And there was a little puddle of water near the elevator too.

The hotel staff is not friendly. The blanket and pillowcase have blood stains and the bed sheets are also itchy like they haven't been cleaned.. the toilet smells.

The female receptionist staff has a bad attitude 👎

This place is quite nice, the location is in the city center, close to the jogging track, there are many restaurants around for Muslims too.

Glad the room is spacious and clean, only the toilet. But it's okay, it can still be used. It would be much better if the receptionist was friendlier to the hotel guests

The reception is not friendly, the room only changes towels and takes out the trash, the policy is that the sheets are only changed once every two days, which is unusual for a standard hotel service, the facilities are outdated and need repair, it is better to choose another hotel than this one.

The FO staff is very unfriendly and grumpy when asked, they just sigh heavily. The walls and pillows are moldy, the water tap is creaking

The bed cover was not changed, my body itched every night, the staff only cleaned the room twice, it was just a shame, even though the price was the same as a 3-star hotel, bad experience.

Everything good in this hotel, but it 's just about the house keeping didn't clean up the room. The reception already tell them to clean up and changes everything. But they not doing it.

The gloomy condition of the toilet/bathroom lights may be because the yellow lights make it look scary..

So sad, it feels like the room isn't clean enough, especially in the bed.
