The location is right behind the Grand Mercure hotel building and is still in the same group. This Ibis is the old version and is more affordable than Grand Mercure. The swimming pool is also the same, the breakfast area and menu are different. The rooms are comfortable, clean, only the bathroom is a bit slippery so be careful if you bring children. For breakfast, there are not many choices but the taste is quite good. The service is good and the parking area is also spacious because it is with Grand Mercure too

Booked Ibis but got a free upgrade to Mercure because Ibis is under renovation. Thankyouu ☺️.

booking at ibis, but because it just closed due to water treatment, the receptionist said that it was upgraded to grand mercure. thank god. the receptionist was very helpful in choosing a room because I booked 2 rooms for the kids, they were also friendly. the security guards were all friendly. the staff at the restaurant were also nice. access was very easy, close to the city. next time I go to jogja, I will stay here again

I ordered Ibis but when I was at the location I was upgraded to stay at Grand Mercure, because the lobby and swimming pool facilities when I stayed were one with Mercure. Breakfast food was okay. When I stayed, the AC in the room was not cold, but the hotel staff immediately looked for a change of room quickly. The hotel staff's response was very good and friendly

Even though the check-in was late, the room treatment was excellent. Clean and comfortable, the food was complete and delicious, only the soundproofing was lacking so that the screams of the children in the hallway could be heard in the room. Overall top and excellent service. Thank you.

pleasant and close to the city center

I have ordered a king bed a month ago. When I checked in, they said the king bed was out of stock so the twin beds were put together with a gap of some kind. Please make sure about the mattress facilities again. For the comfort of the people staying there.

The price for adding a child is only 45 thousand. The food is delicious. The taste is also very good. Everyone is friendly.

The room is spacious and clean, comfortable for staying with family. The location is not really far from the city center. The staff is helpful. The facility is good. The area next to swimming pool is large with big sofa, you can gather with friends there. Will be back again to this hotel for my next trip to Jogja.

Ibis Hotel is under renovation so got upgraded to stay in Superior Room Grand Mercure Hotel. Staff service is very friendly and fast.

Everything is great. Clean, delicious food.

Overall it's good, fun and there are many culinary places around the hotel. Breakfast is quite good, Strategic location so it's close to everywhere. Could be a subscription if you want again.
