Location was good and close to restaurants, stores, etc. Our room was not clean and smelled very musty. There was old food on the floor and stains on the walls.

My husband wouldn't let me ask to change rooms. It smelled like pure dog piss! If I had known that accepted dogs, I would've went on down the road!!!!

The stay was adequate. Dogs barking most of the night. The people working the desk apologized and said they called the room but no one answered.

Let me start by saying the staff is absolutely TOP NOTCH!!! There is only so much that can be done to combat the wear and tear that dogs have on a hotel. Especially when owners are not crating them and they are constantly urinating on carpet in the hotel. The smell is just a lot for someone who is not accustomed to the smell of animals. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to offer us the opportunity to move to the floor that pets were not allowed. While this did help, its a shame for such a nice hotel to be ruined by pet odors.

From the moment we walked in, and throughout our stay, the staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was actually super yummy and having a kitchen area in our room was awesome!

Hotel could use a refresh. Comfy beds, tho. Used the special request box when booking for 'top floor, please', as I always do. Upon arrival, was booked for 1st floor. Stated my concerns about children running above and was told best they could do was 3rd floor (out of 4 floors). Was not offered a different bed configuration (we book 2 queens) as we would have taken a king on top floor. Sure enough, 2nd night (and afternoon as we were under tornado warning) we had kid(s) running back/forth in room above us. Desk offered to move us (US?) at 8:00 p.m. but we declined. Why offer a request option if no one is reading those? Why does ANY hotel put kids in rooms other than 1st floor? This, tho, was avoidable and completely unacceptable. Many other choices in this area. Not worth the headache.

The hotel was a disappointment for being part of Hilton, the bathroom was tiny, you sank uncomfortably in the couch and there were only three pillows on a king size bed. We were on the first floor and you could hear everyone moving around above us along with all of the plumbing noises. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I received a couple of texts inquiring about how my stay was going. I appreciate that because if there had been something, I could have addressed it right away but few complaints here. Smooth check in. Great coffee! Great experience..The couch could have been more comfortable and I think everyone wishes there were regular doors in the bathroom, from other comments I read.
