It’s a student accommodation that comes with all the dirt and frustrations of a shared living space. The customer service is poor and wouldn’t entertain any of my frustrations. The linen was dirty on arrival and they asked me if I wanted it to he changed !!!!!

Like something out of a farce about student life. Filthy communal kitchen with things growing in saucepans and no crockery or cutlery available. Filthy carpet clearly not cleaned, curtains didn’t fit, flimsy duvet with no blankets in a freezing room. Not worth the price at all.

It turned out I was supposed to pick up the key in Birmingham city and go by train or taxi for a 45 min drive to the location.Location did not have a desk.Finally they sent a person to the location of the room to let me in. Bathroom without toilet paper ! Pulling the shower door closed showed a large blackened part . Sheets were slept on before! Bed was OK. Location is not near the airport at all ! Wouter van de Moer
