Friendly, cute staff. Nice, clean room. Delicious buffet, diverse dishes. Super nice balcony view. Can see Muong Hoa ship
1 small suggestion: the housekeeping staff should wash the glass that the guest used and put it back in its original place, throw away the can that the guest used

Aira Hotel is a place worth visiting when coming to Sapa, everyone, friendly staff, room with mountain view, top of Chop. Will definitely come back to Aira if I come back to Sapa.

The view from the hotel is beautiful, the service style is very good. Everything is great. Breakfast should be richer, and make more dishes as well as improve quality. For me the breakfast is not good
