1st time staying at this hotel and left a good impression. Mercure City Center is on the list of family favorites for staycation in Bandung.

Plus: In terms of strategic location and cleanliness, there is no need to doubt it. The check-in and check-out process is also very fast. The breakfast menu is varied and the taste is also delicious. Mountain view and city view can be seen clearly from the rooftop. Minus: Swimming pool because on the rooftop the water is very cold, Limited parking, Even entering the lobby must queue, but there are always officers on standby. To pick up online food orders must walk to the front. Incidentally when staying the TV connection error so could not watch any broadcasts full day.

The check-in process is not long, the room is spacious, and the cleanliness is very well maintained.

I have done it often and regularly. If I have work outside the city, I usually stay at the Accor group.

Overall it's good, but it's a shame that when we come again for an event, it's a bit uncomfortable because parking is difficult. Parking inside should be prioritized for hotel guests.

Very clean and comfortable room, the only minus is we got 2 twin bed pushed together so it looked like a one bed. There was boundary between the two beds which made it uncomfortable. Overall we're happy stay at this hotel because we've got the best view from our room (10th floor)! We can see the city, mountains, street (my 2 y.o. son is very happy because he can see vehicles) ☺️

Everything is good, nice, the food is delicious, the room and swimming pool are also nice and clean. Next time if I go to Bandung again, I will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is not family friendly because there is no divider and the floor is slippery, the sink is also too small and the water drain is often clogged. The room's facilities are too minimalist, there is no mirror for the whole body and tea, sugar, and coffee are all mini.

The service is getting lower. Maximum 2 towels in the room. It doesn't support family if that's the case. Towels have to be replaced automatically because they are no longer dry, damp, and cold. In anticipation, parents finally give in.

I think staying at Mercure on a regular basis is good, it just needs consistency.

happy, always when I go to Bandung I stay here, not far from the food court, from Braga... if possible there should be a warm water swimming pool... so I can soak for a long time 😁😂
