Nobile Hotel Parkway was clean with very friendly service staff and felt very safe for my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near great restaurants and within easy and short travel to major attractions. Free transport to and from theme parks is available, too! Best of all, the price was about half of everything else in the area. This is not the luxury hotels or resorts of the area, but I'll definitely come back!

The room had a lot of rusty fixtures and the water pressure in the shower was terrible but the room was cheap and it was clean. The check in was easy and parking was right out front. We only stayed one night but if you're eating the breakfast, it was well worth it. There weren't any vegan options besides white bread and fruit but they had a few pastries, a waffle station, "eggs", and some mystery meats. There was also cereal, dairy milk and yogurt available. I didn't have any run ins with the staff but check-in and checkout was convenient

No A/C in the hallway. Found 2 roaches in room. No hot water in shower.

It was a quiet stay but they charged a resort fee that if you aren’t actively looking for or know about will catch you off guard and we did find a nasty bug in the bathroom

Bathroom floor was dirty. Carpet in hallways is old and stained. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Location was perfect near, food trucks, parks, and shopping centers. The rooms where well cleaned, and the breakfast was very good, specially the chicken croquettes.

Friendly staff

The receptionist is very friendly and sweet. Our room is clean. Never tried the coffee yet. Bathroom is wider and so organized. Lovely place nice area.

Hidden fee. Resort fee that is not listed anywhere. My resort fee was more than the room.

My issue is with Expedia; they have posted false photos and information on their site. I was sold with the pictures they had posted on the Expedia website of a deluxe room with 2 queen beds and a balcony, only to find out there was no such thing as a balcony anywhere. I made the staff at the hotel aware of the false adevertisment on Expedia, and they where going to inform their management team. I fault Expedia for this; it was my 1st time booking with them, and I am very disappointed with their advertisement.

Quiet and safe. Great clean spot

Room was clean and comfortable. But carpet/flooring in the building were gross. You can tell they are trying to fix the place up but you just can’t overlook some things. I got a great deal on the room and I liked the easy and location to Disney.

My room key didn’t work when I checked in so I had to bring my stuff all the way back down from the fourth floor and back up to get my key fixed. Then, according to the staff, the roof collapsed from the rain and the hotel was flooding so at 8pm my first of seven nights, I had to pack up and move to another room. I had to go down and get a new key and they asked me to bring my old keys once I moved rooms. Like, really?? Crazy to let the roof get that bad. I really hope nobody was staying directly in those rooms because wow, that’s a lot of water coming into the hallway from under the door of a room. Front desk staff was ok. I killed at least six baby cockroaches in the room. If there’s a babies, that means there’s more bugs and I couldn’t move rooms AGAIN. Not worth the money you save.
