The room is private, but I would like the bushes to be completely closed so that people can't see outside. The breakfast is delicious, but there are not many choices.

The staff was nice, but the hotel is 30 mins away from city centre.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the bedroom. Bite your arms and legs.

Found 1 very big cockroach, next to the party room shouting songs until 5am, startled at 4am, but called to tell the staff to come and manage it, but the room was not conscious. Keep making noise

ไปพักรอบแรกประทับใจมาก รอบนี้เลยตัดสินใจไปซ้ำอีก&รีวิวให้ เพื่อนๆตามไปพักกันเยอะเลย ล่าสุดลืมแว่นสายตา&ครีมอาบน้ำขวดปั๊มไว้ ก็เลยโทรไปแจ้ง วันนี้เข้าวันที่3 ปรากฎว่าพนง.แจ้งว่าแผนกแม่บ้าน ไม่เจอของ โอเครแว่นเราเข้าใจได้อาจจะรวมไปกับผ้าแล้วเพราะเรา ลืมไว้บนเตียงนอน แต่ครีมอาบน้ำ เป็นขวดปั๊ม บอกไม่เจอคือแปลกมากกกก! เราเข้าใจ นะว่ามันไม่ใช่ความผิดของคุณเราผิดที่ลืมของเอง แต่ที่พักระดับนี้ ถ้าเทียบกับการบริการเราให้ติดลบนะ เคยไปพักรร.อื่นในระดับ เดียวกัน ลืมแค่โฟมล้างหน้าหลอดเล็กๆฟ้อนโทรแจ้งเลย นี่บอกจะ โทรแจ้งเราไม่เคยได้รับสายจากพนักงานของรร.เลยสักวัน มีแต่เราที่โทรสอบถาม สาเหตุเราพอเข้าใจได้เพราะแขกอาจจะเยอะ โทรสอบถามเองน่าจะสะดวกกว่า จากการบริการ ไม่กลับไปพักอีกและคงไม่แนะนำให้ใครไปแล้วค่า เข็ดดดดดด! หากโรงแรมอยากรักษาลูกค้า&การบริการไว้แนะนำให้อบรม พนักงานใหม่ค่ะ!
