Old but well maintained and pleasant hotel. One of the favorites for Kuta area.

The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Kuta beach, close to the culinary center, close to the mall, even though the hotel is quite old, it is very clean... only check out is at 11 am

Check in time is too rigid, it has to be at 14.00, Check Out time at the hotel is too early at 11, even if you ask for a late Check Out it is only until 12.00, Hotel staff are not smiling and not friendly, except for the Bellboy, the restaurant waiter is very unfriendly, when waiting to enter the room at the restaurant, I only wanted to wait 15 minutes, I was kicked out of the restaurant even though I had just sat down, while waiting to enter the room, because there was a friend of mine who was smoking, even though the position was outside near the swimming pool, the reason the restaurant was going to be used for dinner by other guests, even though it was still 13.45, the way of conveying it was also very impolite and unfriendly, it is very unfortunate that Hospitality Hotels in Bali are like this, other hotel staff also when met around the hotel area also do not greet and smile

I met a middle-aged female staff, holding a walkie talkie, I asked how the room was today, was it crowded? She answered yes it was crowded until it was nice, right, the room was upgraded to a suite, then she continued talking, those in the family room should pay for the extra bed, this was my subordinate's fault, tomorrow I will definitely be tried for her story curtly, I even said we never asked for an upgrade 😏, why are you angry at us now, try checking the employee on the 4th night who was at the reception (a middle-aged woman), next time if a guest asks, don't answer like that
