Very good hotel with complete facilities, Having an excellent beach view and sunset

1. Service: the staff are very friendly and from the moment they enter the hotel lobby, the staff are very responsive and immediately ready to help carry things. 2. Ambience: The hotel is very quiet and very suitable for those who want to heal here. No live music at night and I like it🥹❤️ 3. Location: also close to various places to buy souvenirs such as Exotic Lombok & Sasakku. For the beach, the hotel is right next to the beach. There are several delicious seafood restaurants around, but I recommend you to ask the local driver. 4. Facilities: The swimming pool is very large and the depths are divided differently, there is a pool for children too and there is a Pool Bar. 5. Breakfast: Not very tasty and I don't know if they adjust the taste of the food to the tongue of foreign tourists but none of them fit and suited my tongue🥲 ended up eating pop mi and buying food outside. Overall if asked if I would come back again? Yess, I hope there is a chance to come back again because I got to see magnificent views while I'm here!!🥺❤️ Would I recommend this place to others? Staying here is very comfortable, close to everywhere, many cafes near the hotel, Mataram is also close and the hotel is also very comfortable. Although this is an old hotel, it is very well maintained. We stayed in a bungalow in front of the beach, in front of the swimming pool, the atmosphere is very comfortable, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly There was a problem with the bathtub leaking. The hotel immediately moved quickly to give the option of moving rooms or having the bathtub fixed. Alhamdulillah it could be fixed right away, thank you very much so our family was comfortable staying at Holiday Resort. The service is very good, during breakfast we asked for porridge to be brought to the room for our toddler, it was brought. Thank you very much. If I go to Lombok, I want to stay here again, always be successful and hopefully it will be better in the future

Our family took a 2 bedroom type room, all the facilities were good and there was a beach area, the children could play in the sand on the beach, unfortunately our room was located across the main road so it was not on the edge of the beach, we had to cross the main road.

Strategic location in front of Senggigi beach, breakfast is ok. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Very good place to spent a weekend… the staff was so great and responsive, especially Mrs. Syifa. This resort should be upgraded to 5 stars, the vibes, food, and of course the beach was real real great.

The facilities and services are getting worse compared to our previous stays. There were no small towels, amenities were limited. The phone from reception did not work, had to be through WA. When requesting service, the response was slow. Breakfast had the same menus for a few days.

It was very pleasant to stay here with its ocean view, breakfast had many choices and was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the room service responded quickly if there were any complaints.

We spent 3D2N here. The resort was beautiful and family friendly. As I traveled with my parents, they really enjoyed the moment at the hotel. If you want to spend a chill holiday, I think its best to choose this resort.

Wow, staying here is amazing.. the view is cool, if you want a staycation it's also really cool, the vibe is really calm. The breakfast is quite varied. The rooms are nice. The staff is friendly. If I go to Lombok, I will come here again. It's just that the distance to Mataram is a bit far. That's it, it's amazing anyway...

A very memorable stay experience at this Holiday Resort, we rented 3 rooms for a family, got 2 connecting rooms. the room is very spacious, with a clean bathroom with an outdoor concept. the cleanliness of the room is very good, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. for breakfast the menu is very varied and delicious. the swimming pool and access to the beach are very easy, but the stairs are quite far away. coincidentally we were with a family who needed wheelchair access, this resort really helped us with wide wheelchair access. want to come back here when staying in Senggigi.

The location is good, the staff is very friendly, the check in process is fast, the downside is that some parts of the room look very old and peeling, the breakfast food is varied but the taste is lacking.

3 days 2 nights at the holiday resort, very satisfying. lots of activities for children and family. the breakfast is delicious. the pool area is large and if it's sunny from the pool or during breakfast you can see Mount Agung. although the initial check-in time was very long because it was peak season, people had just finished celebrating New Year, because we booked 2 rooms close together so we had to wait a while and we also got a free photoshoot compliment with a professional photographer. thank you holiday resort
