Overall was an okay stay for apartment space. However, the toilet master bedroom abit small and interior ceiling was old. There also lot of ant on the coffee tray went we checked in. Called for housekeeping but the staff only replace another set without cleaning the area with ants.

best, have repeated here many times, easy to go to the farm and avoid traffic jams, cheap price, spacious and comfortable room

Very helpful staff, easy parking, spacious rooms, just a short walk to KEA FARM

Room 624 is not a refurbished room. The room looks old. The view is not beautiful at all. There is no iron. Breakfast is so so. Every year I go up, I don't see any changes at all. The most sophisticated thing that has changed is the touch card in the elevator to go to the room floor and the coway machine..That's it.

Distance to the favourite places is nice.

Added another night. Room 1206. Everythings okay except for bathroom. The bathroom not clean enough. Shower broken. Cold water too slow. Have to used hot water. But too hot. Clogged sink.

The staff were great! The front desk staff were excellent. I booked and stayed at the 3 bedroom apt, and my mom is wheelchair bound. To our horror there was no mention that no elevator at any website about it. Thank God that staffs were strong enough to help carry my mom to the first floor during checked in and checked out. Therefore, she was couped in the apt for 3 days and 2 nights as we take could not take her anywhere as we could not carry her up and down the apartment. At the same time, the rooms and facilities are old. One of the bedroom was mouldy or maybe the paint wore off and it was kind of disgusting. Need to buff up.

Staff are friendly and accomodating however the hotel cleanliness is the worst! The fan is dusty, the wall is dusty, the toilet walls are moldy, never been scrubbed. The sink is filled with green gunk. Way too dirty.

the bed moves a little and it makes a sound.. like the bed is about to break. everything else is okay.. you can bring your family...

I requested from the app for a nice view. The staff didn't share the nice view. It's a loss of money. The worst morning view I've ever had.
