There is no hot water.. need to be repaired as soon as posible

Excellent stay. Staff are friendly. Love the vibe of the surroundings. Hope to come back here with my family again.

The room was good, but the toilet should be better.

There is no lift from basement parking to lobby hotel.

The staff very polite and helpful. Will repeat again next time.

Hotels seems to be very quiet and I'm the only customer stayed in. Lighting are poor, the lobby look doom as well as the hotel buildings whereby it seems not operating neither exists at night.

Check in lambat. Terpaksa menunggu hampir 1 1/2 jam, kerana bilik belum dikemas. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan terutamanya tandas 😐.

Its nice to stay and the environment is silent.

Dirty toilet, hotel smells unpleasant.

The room is to dilapidated. Hope they can asap upgrade their hotel.

Room not up to standards. When I entered the room, lights didn't work, no power. Mouldy.

No water supply in the morning after wake up from sleep.

The room must always be vacuumed & put fragrance in the room, the bathroom is less gloomy

First impression tengok bangunan hotel memang tak maintain. Bila masuk ke ruang jalan ke bilik berbau rokok. Tengok pintu bilik berhabuk. Masuk bilik sahaja tengok atas meja dan kulit folder menu berhabuk seperti bilik tak dikemas. terpaksa ambil kain alas kaki di bilik air untuk lap. Masuk bilik air pun sama.rambut bersepah di lantai dan di bucu-bucu dinding. Bathtub ada kesan simen sebab tub pecah. Air panas hanya ada di sinki sahaja. Dalam tub mandi tiada air panas. Pintu connecting room berhabuk teruk. Sudah pasti tak akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi sehingga segalanya berubah.

Room cleanliness was bad. Converters dirty. Bathroom dirty.

Check in pukul 9.30 mlm.. masuk bilik aircond bunyi bising.. report dekat receptionist mintak tukar bilik dia suruh tunggu maintenance check aircond.. mintak tukar bilik tak dapat.. dh la receptionist mukaa ketat.. xda senyum langsung.. baik g keje cuci jamban tak payah senyum kat sape² dalam jamban tu.. management pilih la orang yang betul² nak keje.. dah la penat seharian keje.. nak rehat dalam bilik tapi kena tunggu pulak..

Bilik yang selesa untuk bawa anak-anak bercuti. Parking pun banyak.

Toilet not properly been cleaned.

OK laa .. in the city area, easy to move .. the room is clean.

Every weekend my family choose this hotel for rest. Very recommended for holiday because near shopping mall, business centre, restaurant and others. No need to drive
