Happy… good location from Orchard

Concorde Hotel Sg great location nearby to somerset313, Orchard Road, as well Plaza Singapura

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were also friendly, but i forgot to take photos😓

Highly recommended for families, close access to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, bus stop in front of the hotel. Food is available around the hotel.

The staff are friendly, but when you first arrive, the concierge service carrying your suitcases is not on standby so you have to wait 2-3 minutes.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Just stayed for 1 night but my family was very very happy.

This hotel is still very affordable and child-friendly. Many Indonesians also stay there.

The staff has been rude to me when I called the concierge and asked for an extra pillow in the middle of the night. The hotel manager came and apologized to me directly the next morning. The hotel should have known about this behavior a long time ago, since if he dared to be rude to me, meaning it wasn't the first time. Or maybe other guests were just too lazy to report this behavior. And was any action taken after that? I am not sure. But if the hotel can tolerate such behavior, I am questioning their integrity.

I always come to this hotel to stay in Singapore since the location was great near a great area and the room was comfy and large.

Legend! The Wi-Fi should be upgraded, but overall very satisfying.

We stayed in a triple room and even though the hotel building seemed dated, we got a spacious room for the 3 of us. The only thing was the extra bed was probably dated too, it was hard and uncomfortable. We could hear beats from a nearby club, but only during the weekend. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay at Concorde hotel.

A comfortable room with a balcony, spacious and clean. The location is very strategic, close to a convenient store, and a mall.

Old hotel, with oldiest style. The room is OK, but there is a lack of cleanliness. The balcony was full of dirt. Food in room dining is quite good in taste, but pricey. Location is near a mall and mini market.
