Very strategic. Near restaurants and food stalls.

The staff who served the check in were not friendly, and the check in process took more than 10 minutes. The room carpet was dirty, there were parts of the wallpaper that were peeling off, the TV remote was taped and no longer worked. The room was noisy with the sound of the AC machine buzzing. The ceiling was leaking.

The food and service locations are all ok, but the hairdryer in the room can't be used.

The location is strategic, the rooms are quite spacious, it's just that 1 out of 3 rooms booked had an AC that wasn't cold, the bathroom tap needs to be repaired because it comes off easily.

breakfast has quite a lot of food choices, delicious. at that time when there were many people having breakfast so we didn't get a seat in the restaurant. but the staff was quick and helped us to sit in the cafe. thank you very much.

Overall, it's comfortable, the AC is cold, there is hot water and it feels hot, the room is quite clean, the hotel environment is quite clean, the parking service is also OK, the shortcomings are still within reasonable limits because it seems like the hotel is quite old, but it's still OK.

For that price it's pretty good

I will tell you in detail and honestly so that it will help both the customer and the hotel. From the beginning I was already disgusted because when I went to the reception to check in, the staff (a woman) was on the phone with a customer but she didn't greet me or ask me to wait. So she kept on the phone for about 2 minutes without saying a single greeting to me. Then a few moments later she shouted to call other staff. The staff who came were not friendly either. Then after checking in and entering the room, it turned out that the room smelled a bit. Maybe because it was a smoking room so there was no fragrance at all but an unpleasant smell. The room carpet was also dirty. Then for hot water, it turned out that I had to wait for 10 minutes for the shower to turn on before the hot water came out. Very wasteful of water. The incident that made me even more shocked was that there was a large green grasshopper in my room, precisely on the TV wall. Luckily there was an officer walking in the corridor. Then we asked for help to take the grasshopper. First time there were insects in a hotel 😭 Even though there was a sign saying non-smoking area, there was a spa therapist vaping with one leg raised on the sofa in the room. There was no fresh atmosphere at all in this hotel. But it seems like the concept is a relaxing hotel, right? So it's not too strict regarding the existing rules. The breakfast itself was quite good. Another thing that disappointed us was that the receptionist at the beginning did not stamp the parking ticket. We had written down the car number plate but every time we left the hotel we were charged a parking fee. We had to explain again that we were repeat hotel guests. Very strange and unprofessional. That's more or less my honest review so that there can be improvements from the hotel management, especially since it claims to be a star hotel. Because I don't think it deserves to be called a star hotel. But thank you to the technicians and housekeeping who were willing to help take care of the hot water and AC because they were cooperative.

Overall ok. Only the parking lot is not spacious enough.

The AC blower in the room is loud and leaks inside the room.

Okay. Strategic location, spacious room. Parking is decent, but there is no toothbrush + toothpaste.

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the carpet is dirty, the hot water doesn't work, there are no toothbrushes, many of the power outlets are dead. The worst thing is that the sound of the AC is very disturbing, it is highly not recommended.
