The hotel boasts a fantastic location, friendly staff, and breathtaking views of the city center, with ample room availability. While we appreciated these strengths, we believe there's an opportunity to enhance the guest experience by improving cleanliness and sanitation. Our first room had some cleanliness issues, including dust and a few insects, but the staff responded promptly and relocated us to a more comfortable room, which we greatly appreciated. With some renovations or facility upgrades, this hotel has strong potential to fully live up to the standards of a 3-star property.

Great location, superb hospitality, reasonable price.

Didn't manage to snap photos of the hotel, but it's the same building as a service residence. So many empty units, looks spooky, and the building interior was quite poor. Elevator condition was bad, the wall paint of the interior part of the hotel very bad as well. I stayed in room 2419, the TV was worse than a rm 50 budget hotel, the bathroom with a door panel that's going to break anytime soon, "stalagmites" everywhere, the mini fridge was not working how it's supposed to, the room felt very humid and smelled awful. If not the worst, it is top 3 in the worst hotel I have been to. Really surprised with the rating on the app at 8 plus, never been like this before from my experience.

Very Comfortable and Enjoyable

Not cleaned at all, not recommended, pictures are way different than reality, regret it so much, it doesn't even worth a penny.

The receptionist was very friendly, the room was clean and the location was very strategic, close to Jameek Mosque and MRT Station.

Never ever stay here again. Have to pay extra 40 RM for foreigners, so many homeless near hotels. Creepy corridors, dirty toilet and bed sheets.

The shower is broken. Lack of maintenance

Dirty, filthy room, old building not maintained, lots of cockroaches until we moved rooms 4 times, the last one was a bit bearable but it cost 140 ringgit for 4 nights, the location is full of Indians, the lift smells, the lobby is hot, I really don't want to stay here, the room smells of cigarettes, the damp smell is also bad, don't stay here again

The food is not good, the clothes iron can be thrown away because it is broken and damaged, I still want to use the iron, but the wire is about to come off, I don't want to replace it.

The hotel, the parking, the room, the pool all good. But among all, I just love the services. The young lady who serve me check in and check out is the best. She shows a great attitude, very welcoming, always smile. It 's hard to find that services when I stayed other places. It just great. Thank you very much for your kind and very welcoming. 😊.

Very dirty and very bad smell. I don't want to recommend anyone in future. More worse. Bugs were running. Please throw away this hotel from your app.
