From several hotel options, after seeing several reviews from YouTubers, TikTokers, Instagram celebrities and several sources on the Internet, the choice fell on The Haven Seminyak. This is my first time staying here and will always stay here again when I go to Bali. One of the best hotels in the Seminyak area, a very strategic area surrounded by shops such as pharmacies, minimarkets, and shopping centers. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Double Six Beach through the back of the hotel. Super friendly staff from security guards to cleaning services, do not differentiate between Indonesian citizens and foreign tourists. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted with cold towels and a fresh welcome drink. This hotel is very "Kids Friendly", there are several swimming pools for children to adults. The room size is spacious and clean, the hallway to the room is bright, there is no horror impression so that children feel at home. It is not noisy because it is far from bars/night clubs, so you can rest comfortably. The most important thing is that each room has a balcony that makes it easy for smokers not to disturb others. Had a problem because the balcony lights were off, just call the receptionist and in less than 10 minutes the officer came directly to solve it, super fast for handling. Don't worry about parking, because it has a basement area and there is a lift to go directly to the floor of each room so it's very easy. I deliberately did not take the breakfast package, because I wanted to explore some of the hits cafes in the Seminyak area for breakfast. Everyone who needs information about accommodation in Bali, I will definitely recommend The Haven Seminyak, because it is that comfortable. Remember the saying, there is a price for quality. Don't let your vacation choose the wrong hotel. Thank you The Haven Seminyak.

Great hospitality from The Haven, friendly staffs and accommodative. They offer free upgrade from Premier room pool view to Suite! Grateful for the wonderful stay. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable too.

Enjoyed my stay there, location wise in the center of food restaurant, cafes and convenience store, staff was friendly and helpful, especially Pak Komang who was assisted me return my motor rentals due to heavy rain:)

The location is very strategic for traveling around the Legian area, only 500 m from Double Six Beach. Close to Bintang supermarket, Kimia Farma, and the market if you want to shop for clothes or food, you can just walk. The room is spacious, clean, very aesthetic, and comfortable. There is a kitchen complete with a stove and microwave, only yesterday there were no cooking utensils such as pans, maybe you have to ask the staff. There is a sink for washing dishes. All sofa beds are comfortable to use, even their extra bed is comfortable. For food at breakfast, most of the menu is western, good, edible, not bad but not great either. The service is also good, all staff are fast and very helpful. The only minus is the parking lot is very narrow and a little

Friendly hotel staff, 15 minutes to Seminyak beach

Everything was great especially the room which has direct access to pool, the staff provided excellent service namely Bagus and Giri.

The strategic location of the hotel is in the city center and the crowd, even though it is in the city center but this hotel feels comfortable and not noisy at all ... friendly hotel staff, spacious hotel rooms and because we chose the swimming pool view, the atmosphere felt shady and beautiful. The bathroom equipment is also sensational. The hotel apparently noticed the message I wrote to help provide surprise decorations for the wedding anniversary. Thank you the Haven team.. Recommend

We got a room on the 3rd floor. Every time you enter the room, the bed and sheets always felt damp even though we had the curtains open and it was hot all day. The sheets still had stains on them so even though they were changed, it still didn't feel clean. The amenities were never refilled until we had to ask.
