Maybe the friendliness of the staff can be improved for the better.

Thank you for all the services... especially for Kak Duharma who wanted to upgrade our accommodation. 2 nights there were very enjoyable.. it's been 2 times staying there.. still the best.. but unfortunately the rooftop restaurant was not open so we couldn't take a nice photo with the view of Medan city. the rest is okay

Staying at this hotel when in Medan is the right choice for business or vacation, security and comfort while staying at this hotel can really be enjoyed with family, the staff are friendly, at that time given good service by Mrs. Doharma, the service is fast and friendly.. Hopefully in the future if there is a schedule to Medan will stay at this hotel again.. 😄

The experience of staying at this hotel is really comfortable, the location is strategic, connected to the mall, the staff are friendly, at that time I was served by Mrs. Doharma who was very friendly, overall it was good and nice, and this hotel is a subscription if I travel to the city of Medan..😄

Please clean the outer glass windows so as not to reduce the comfort of the view.

The Duty Manager named Fira—whether she is the only one handling that WhatsApp number or not—is, regardless, extremely incompetent. 1. Very annoying. It was clear that I did not request laundry service, yet she still contacted me asking if I wanted to have my laundry done. 2. I very clearly had the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign on, which obviously means I do not want to be disturbed. Yet I was still contacted asking whether I wanted the room cleaned. The DND sign was up—it couldn’t have been clearer. 3. I lost an item, but my WhatsApp message was just read and ignored. When there’s a problem, she disappears. What kind of professionalism is this? To make matters worse, I found out that my bedsheets hadn’t been changed for 4 days. They were just flipped over to the other side. How did I know? Because I accidentally spilled a drink, leaving a small stain. When I returned to my room that night, I saw the room had been tidied, but the bedsheets and bedcover were not changed. It made me wonder—when guests check out, do they even really change the sheets and bed covers? I doubt it—especially considering the fact that I now have small bite marks on parts of my body, as if from some tiny bugs in the bed :)

The room is clean and spacious, everything works well. Thank you Doharma staff for upgrading the room with pool and city view.

Shower faucet leaks, room needs upgrading

This hotel is located in the city center of Medan, right next to Cambridge City Square. It is also close to Sun Plaza, walkable. But this hotel building is an old building. The hotel lobby is relatively small and not instagrammable. The elevator is also small, and at that time it was being repaired. So we have to wait a long time for access to go down or up. There is a famous rooftop restaurant on the 26th floor, they say. But we have never tried it, because during the 2 nights we stayed there, this restaurant was always full of people breaking their fast.
