The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

If you are wanting to explore joo chiat then this hotel would be a great option. It’s really close to all the great places, also 1 minute walk to the bus station. Although if using the public transport, getting to anywhere else in sgp is quite far but all fine. The lady at check in was super nice and helpful. The room is quite small, had no window but im not complaining. The only thing that bugged us was how smelly the bathroom was when we first entered (pee smell). It was an easy fix tho, i just asked for a room fragrance spray and it was gone. The next days the smell also was gone, so i think because of how small the bathroom is, previous guests would maybe pee in the shower = peeing on the bathroom floor. ( please dont do that) apart from that, everything was great. The checkout was seamless and you can keep your bags in the hotel first after checkout. Great place, with sgp prices 🤣

The distance to the center of the city and to the MRT is ok. The cleanliness of the room is lacking because the cleaners did not change the sheets during our stay.

The hotel location is strategic, near shopping centers, bus stops, mosques and halal food. The hotel staff is responsive, relatively friendly, the hotel rooms are clean and tidy.

The hotel is good. Reception is nice. They help us for early check in and everything we need that morning. The room is so clean. The bathroom is great. Hotel position is so easy to find and close to some cafe and convinience store. Also only 10 minute by walk to bus station. 100 % will be back there.

Tho this was just an urgent stay, I wanna say the room is pretty comfortable for me. The uncle was really nice, the woman behind the receptionist as well. Thank you.

The room had no windows, highly humid sand contains a deep strong smell. We ended up checking out early due to poor ventilation.

The hotel is small. If you say far, it's close, because Singapore is actually close everywhere. There are lots of food sold in the hotel area but it's not to my and my children's taste. Wifi is good, helpful stuff.
