The check-in took more than 3 hours, instead of getting a king bed, we got a twin bed that merge manually 😬 but nevermind about that, to get towels we need to wait another hour, after late check-in. And the next day, we need to request a couple of times to get bottles of mineral water. The phone's not working, so we cannot call room service at all. Our stay was unclear on systems even when I want to check out. The concierge was the only person that was helpful and also the security. Other than that, bad services. Quite a disappointment cause, the place is good, good view, big room. Just the services, I think they need to add more people.
