Excellent hotel, quiet and comfortable with a strong service focus. All rooms are well maintained. A most enjoyable stay Will continue to choose Royale Chulan for accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

Very near to pavilion. Breakfast was good. Fast check in and check out process. Room was big and comfortable. Its worth the money paid.

My family and I stayed one night on 10th July 2024. After checking in and giving the room number to the bell boy, we went straight to the room. After waiting for 15 minutes the bag still hasn't been delivered. We called twice.. the receptionist said the staff will send it in a moment.. we waited for almost an hour and it still hasn't been delivered. Then my husband went to the lobby and found our bags still on the trolley in the lobby. My husband continued to push the trolley to the room by himself. We are very disappointed with the bell boy service. Because he saw my husband taking our bags and then he said he wanted to send them..

All good. No complain. Breakfast was good. Staff heloful.

Broken lights, air conditioning wasn't cold, hot water for bath tub non-existent, water pressure was so low some times that there will be no water coming out if you flip the showerhead 180. Needed to make multiple complaints until management finally allowed us to change to a new room. But after that was OK, new room didn't have a bath tub though.

Overall staying was great. Very near to pavilion.

The breakfast is AMAZING! You should try their pastries. It is so delicious! And the price for add on breakfast also very affordable. The room is spacious with bathtub. Overall our stay was amazing.

Check in: access card gagal berfungi. Kena kembali turun ke kaunter untuk selesaikan. Staf kaunter waktu check in perlu lebih mesra & cekap. Bilik luas & selesa tetapi toilet sewaktu check in agak berbau. Makanan biasa, parking ok, lokasi strategik

Kamar hotel bersih dan nyaman, staff ramah, lobby sangat bagus, posisi hotel di tengah kota dan memudahkan akses untuk berpergian.

The Hotel was very nice, we came a bit early and ask if can do early check in an they do. The staff was very helpful, our room have a good view and it was very nice as well. The food was maylny variety to choose from. OverAll our stay was excellent. Will come back next time again. Thank you.

Good stay the only thing facilities at the toilet for flushing is hard to press. The breakfast is okay. So so.

The room is nice and cosy. The pool is nice and big also. Breakfast is superb! Got a lot of choices and replenish quickly. The location is very strategic; Close to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur & Berjaya Times Square. Overall, me & my family have an awesome experience during the stay.

Convenient location, near to MRT.

Cheap accommodation with free breakfast is the best. The hotel is clean even though the furniture is old. Car parking is only RM5 per day with unlimited in and out.

Nice hotel, has all facilities that we needed, clean room, bathtub, near to pavilion Bukit Bintang area (just walk) as well as Twin Towers. Food was very good. Urgent medical assistant was good (because my nephew got bruise), wheelchair for my mom was available always, swimming pool was good, when we went to Genting Highland, staff was arranging good taxi driver, and overall fantastic experience we got here. Very recommended.
