Friendly staff, pretty good food, 4 star economy.

Only one towel in the bathroom. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu looks like a 2-star hotel. The good thing is only the staff and security.

At the beginning of check in, they said that BF would be served in the room because there were less than 15 occupants, then suddenly the owner came and changed it to serving in the restaurant... then the cleanliness of the drinks was not well maintained, it was far from Mn2, most importantly the room was not well maintained, the toilet flush didn't work properly... it was really bad

I booked 3 rooms, the hot water facilities were not on in any room from check in until the evening. When I entered the room, it was a bit uncomfortable because of the smell of incense, the lights were dim. The bathroom was not very clean. The food menu for a hotel of this class is very lacking in variety.

Staying at R.305 ● Pros: → located in Hegarmanah, which is one of the best areas to live in Bandung → approx. 5-7 minutes walk to Setiabudhi Supermarket → easy access to Cihampelas, Ciumbuleuit, Dago and Setiabudhi areas → breakfast menus changed every day — but the variety is quite limited → housekeeping service was good ● Cons: → limited parking space → lighting in room and bathroom was not bright enough → no in-room fridge → only local TV stations available (no IndiHome or other pay TV channels) → there's a serious leak on the shower cube every time we took showers — this was immediately reported to the front desk, but no positive action was taken until we checked-out Overall, I would give 3 stars out of 5 for staying at this hotel recently.

Old hotel in dire need of renovation and complete overhaul, far from being worthy of a 4 star rating.

AC is not cold enough, bathroom leaks

Got a bad room, smelly, lots of dust, broken cupboard, dirty. Not worthy of being called a 4 STAR hotel. Tried to request a refund because the room did not match the photo and was not suitable, but it was not possible, only moved to another room that was "better" and still had lots of dust

Free room upgrade, AC is not cold, regret staying here, nothing of solutions, already complained but the AC was not fixed, dusty room, smelly toilet, no maintenance. Overall bad! Not recommended, better find another hotel
