Overall good, strategic, clean, friendly.

Overall it's okay, the room is spacious enough to bring the kids to play, the meals area is comfortable and always clean.

First time staying here, the staff is very friendly, they helped me find lost items and the staff are very quick

Eid at the Golden Flower Hotel, stayed for 3 nights, could pray Eid at the Grand Mosque and access everywhere was close and the food was delicious, lots of choices👌

It does not reflect a 4 star hotel. The condition of the room and its cleanliness are terrible.

The location of the hotel is very good, you can walk to Alun2 Bandung. Close to everywhere. There are so many variations of food for breakfast, the taste is also delicious. Will come back here again if I go to Bandung🫶🏻

I ordered an executive room to try the jacuzzi, but the water was really dirty. It's like using dirty water, there were grains of dirt and sand. The first night was okay, it might be dirty again the next day, I tried it, it was still dirty, so there's no point in using the expensive executive type booking.

The location is strategic 👍🏻 The weekend prices are quite expensive.

Our atmosphere is romantic, the bathroom is very fresh with bright and clean floor colors. .next will definitely stay here again

Executive type room, the door lock from the inside is broken, I want to call to complain but there is no telephone, so if I need anything I have to go back and forth downstairs, there is a WA number but late response. The glass part of the bathroom was not cleaned so there were lots of soapy water stains. The AC in the room cannot be set, so because it is cold it can only be turned off. Please pay more attention, so that consumers are more satisfied with the price they pay. Thanks.

The hotel staff is friendly and informative, the rooms are large, there is a jacuzzi bathtub in the room 👍

Stayed here for 2 days 1 night on Nyepi. First impression of this hotel is kind of old, better to do maintenance or renovation to keep the hotel in good condition. For the staff services, they have miscommunication regarding the breakfast.
