Nice, clean and has a lift too. Close to food vendors.

The room was small and compact, but very clean and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a short stay. Great value for money, especially for the location. Perfect if you're just looking for a comfortable place to rest without any frills.

The room was very clean but the AC and fan is bad. I can't turn off the AC or even change the temperature, it's stuck at 16°C. The bathroom is clean but the only amenities I got is a shampoo and a bar soap. I don't even get a toothbrush.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Checking in or checking out is not complicated. The location of the hotel is very strategic, whether you want to go to the city center or to the Mall/Plaza, it is also close and can be reached on foot. If you want to find food, it is also easy to just walk to the side of the hotel, there is already a food court, walk across the road to the right and left, there are also food stalls, walk straight ahead to Jalan Machalister, there are also lots of food stalls, just choose what you want to eat. Walk to the back of the hotel, there are also lots of delicious food stalls

Hotel room good, but the Wi-Fi connection bad.

Room very small and I could not upgrade to another room because all rooms are the same size, it means only 10 m2. Money could not be refunded.

Before my stay, I read some reviews mentioning about paint odor and cleanliness. When I checked in, I mentioned to Fadhlan at the Receptionist that I needed to obtain not only a clean but also odorless room. He immediately acknowledged my request. I had a wonderful, clean, and comfortable room during my stay.

Pleasant place to stay. Nice people. Room is rather slim but clean

The room is small but very good. Clean and comfortable to rest. The location is near hospitals. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The hot water in the bathroom is also very good.

The facilities are very minimal, not worth the price paid.

The downside is that it's hard to find Muslim food places. It's a long walk.

Hotel is near to famous penang chen dul and fried egg oyster. Room is clean. Only one suggestion, hope hotel could give TV in the room.
