The hotel is great because it is near Subang Jaya Medical. But the hotel is a bit old so maybe that 's the reason the AC in the room isn't too cold. The staff came to fix it but still no change. But overall pretty good.

Overall the room, environment, breakfast buffet and lunch buffet is very nice. Furthermore my room have been upgraded to junior suite. But quite disappointed when check in, we have to wait till 5pm since the room not ready. Still occupied with cricket player which prolonged their stay. Staff at front desk very nice. Love the lady so much even though have to wait so long. Hope management should do something regarding this matter. Thank you.

Air conditioner was not cold. They changed my room but the new room was not properly cleaned. There was only 1 mug instead of 2 and 1 of the complimentary drinking water was already opened. The QR code for in room dining was also not working. I didn't enjoy my staycation at all.

Hotel staff were responsive and friendly. Can improve to ensure towels and toiletries are replenished accordingly. Some of the lighting are not functioning and telephone is out of order.

I arrived at the hotel lobby near midnight. Very lucky, because my room was upgraded to a presidential suite. Hotel service is very good. Even though it is quite old. But the condition of the hotel is very good and it is comfortable to stay here. However, the breakfast menu is almost the same every day. But I think the variety is enough. In essence, I am quite satisfied with this hotel.

First of all, the five star hotel didn't provide any free parking, we need to pay for flat rate although we are their customer. The parking also limitations, when we reach, already out of space. Secondly, the pillow is not so comfortable, I can't sleep whole night. Thirdly, the breakfast not very tasty, not worth to eat. Also, their environment in the restaurant very dirty, the floor was leaking water although have rooftop, the waitress doing their job very slow and not very friendly. Overall, I won't come back again. This is my first time complain on the hotel, as it's really make me felt I pay the money with not getting back the value that I paid.

Nice location of hotel with beautiful views of the city from the rooms. Many restaurants, shops and pharmacies available nearby. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Courteous and helpful staff. The hotel seems old and the bathroom door and fittings needed to be fixed.

My third times stay in this hotel. Not bad for a 4 star hotel. Near to private hospitals and we could found eateries around the area. Satay, Ramli burgers to name a few and mamak restaurant. But you need to pay for the open air carpark, RM3 for hotel ' s guest. Overall I had a great stay.
