strategic location behind wtc sudirman building. stayed 4 nights. the first night the AC was not cold. the second night and so on the TV did not turn on. suggested to move rooms, but did not want to because worried the AC would not be cold. so in a room without TV.

It's pretty neat and nice. It's still okay.

It seems like the sheets and bed covers are rarely changed, the facilities without table tissue and slippers don't seem to match the price. The check-in time is also 30 minutes late. Not to mention sometimes there are people screaming and singing unclearly

Everything was good except the vibes of the hotel hallway that is too dark and caused the vibe like a horror scenary. Suggestion: please change the hallway lights into bright yellow color instead of dark yellow light

The cleaniny service team is great. They're doing the job quick & clean. In addition, the vibes of the hotel hallway is quite scary as the lights are dark yellow. Overall everything was great

Strategic location near offices

The hotel staff has blackmailed several guests, saying they were allowed to smoke but when checking out they asked for more money than they should have, and it disappeared, there was no solution, and motorbike parking for one day was not free, the parking attendant asked for more money

Unfortunately, there are no photos of the room, but overall it's really good with a cool view of Jakarta City. Got free drinks, the bed is quite soft. The only thing is, the toilet is slippery. The rest is good. Top 👍

There is no restaurant. All services I think are sufficient, just know enough. The location is very strategic.

I don't think there is a good place to stay in this office area. very clean, many places to eat, friendly staff

Clean, close to Warung Padang and Warteg. Suggestion: in the future, breakfast should also be provided for those who stay overnight.
