My recent stay at the Best Western was disappointing, especially considering its 4-star rating and brand reputation. While the hotel was clean, the furnishings and amenities felt outdated. The towels, in particular, were worn. The food quality was also subpar. I had a much more enjoyable experience at a 3-star hotel the following week, where the food and amenities were significantly better.

Amazing.. The staff and management are also very helpful, friendly.. The food never runs out and is varied.. It will be the number 1 reference if you go to Bali again, coincidentally the children will also go to school near that area.. Thank you BW Resort Kuta

The location is not strategic, but close to minimarkets and the airport. The price is okay for the room you get. The staff is quite friendly. But the facilities are not optimal, the phone is not answered, the shower gel container is broken, the room is not ready (because there are no towels in the room), but overall ok.

This was a last minute booking at midnight after arrival and worked out just fine. Short ride from airport. Was given better room than booked near the restaurant and pool. Friendly service and good breakfast variety. Great value for money.

Hotel Close to the city center and in front of the Hotel there are many cheap Food Places. The rooms are Nice and Spacious and the bathroom Aminities are complete. There are many plugs for charging cellphones in the room, not like other hotels, only 1 or 2. If at Best Western Resort Kuta, this is complete, there are 4. The Staff is Very Friendly and Helps Fully. Even the GM, Mr. Ivan, immediately stepped in to help the staff and Greetings to all guests. Very cool and this hotel is highly recommended

Big room, clean and comfortable. Only for the food it feels a little lacking. If the food variety is quite a lot.

All is good. Only parking is limited, the road to the hotel is small.

The staff is great and it 's in a convenient location but the hotel is tired, it needs serious renovations. Limited parking, the sink was leaking in the bathroom and the stopper was missing. The breakfast buffet was very good good.
