Positives: - The hotel has a grand ambiance. - The hotel has complete facilities, including a gym and pool on the 7th floor. - Free upgrade from Tiffany Suite to Prada Suite due to a sold-out period. - Clean and well-maintained rooms. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Close to tourist attractions such as malls, the National Monument (Monas), the Palace, and several other museums. - Spacious rooms and suitable for families. - Late check-out until 1:00 am is allowed. Poor/Needs Improvement: - The room is not soundproof. - The bathtub was not clean and not attached to the floor, so it swayed when I got in. This was very dangerous, so I decided not to use it. - The toilet does not have a bidet shower. - The hotel atmosphere, especially in the 5th floor restaurant, was very noisy and chaotic. It felt like there were hundreds of guests and small children running around, and it didn't feel like a 5-star hotel with dignified guests. - The location was difficult to reach. During my stay, there was an MRT project in the Harmoni-Gajah Mada area, so access was somewhat hampered. Hopefully, access will be restored soon. - Streaming access on the TV was hampered, but fortunately, the technicians fixed it quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier than check-in and was still allowed early check-in. My room also had a great view of the National Monument (Monas). The room was clean and quite spacious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The breakfast menu could be improved.
