The 2nd time choosing a staycation back to Harris Kelapa Gading and yes in the food section the rating finally fell to 7/10 🫠
For FO - very good in terms of check-in/out service
For HK in the room what I found was the TOILET TISSUE was left over from the previous guest because it had been half used and there was no stock of toilet tissue.
In the SOP if the guest has checked out then all the necessities of the previous guest such as Toilet Tissue even though there is still more SHOULD still be replaced with new ones for the next Guest, don't leave the impression that the Leftovers of Old Guests can be reused by Guests who have just checked in, this is very wrong
CLEANLINESS concerns everything, so that guests still feel appreciated just like guests in general.
For Breakfast: Please IMPROVE, especially in the Fried Noodle order section, it should be cooked like Fried Noodles in general, the seasoning is not complicated and the Soas is not too much, it's a shame that the Fried Noodles that I ordered ended up eating Fried Noodle Sauce because there was too much sauce that made me nauseous and stopped enjoying it 😩😩
The market snack bread is also like the Pink Steamed Cake, the texture is already hard like a stone, I even asked for help to re-steam it but it seems like it was only in the Microwave because the outside is still hard but only hot 😕
The bacon is also hard, the Soto Meat is still not soft enough and the broth is no longer hot, the Fried Vermicelli is also hard and difficult to enjoy 🥺
For this Restaurant, 5/10, it still needs to be homework for improvement 😟
For the Swimming Pool 9/10 because the employees greet you but are ready and give you towels promptly 👍👍
Security 9/10 Great like BCA Security Guards 💖
