The 2nd time choosing a staycation back to Harris Kelapa Gading and yes in the food section the rating finally fell to 7/10 🫠 For FO - very good in terms of check-in/out service For HK in the room what I found was the TOILET TISSUE was left over from the previous guest because it had been half used and there was no stock of toilet tissue. In the SOP if the guest has checked out then all the necessities of the previous guest such as Toilet Tissue even though there is still more SHOULD still be replaced with new ones for the next Guest, don't leave the impression that the Leftovers of Old Guests can be reused by Guests who have just checked in, this is very wrong CLEANLINESS concerns everything, so that guests still feel appreciated just like guests in general.
