Very family friendly. The kids were happy because last holiday they made a playground in the ballroom. And the access is easy because it is very close to the MRT. So you can go to the malls in Jakarta just by MRT.

Hotel in central Jakarta, The service from the staff was excellent. The room was very well maintained—clean and comfortable. But there’s wasn’t comb and shaver for toilet amenities its simple but important

the breakfast menu is abundant and all delicious. from Indonesian food, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, traditional snacks, to healthy juice.
in the basement there is a family mart if you want to shop for snacks. next to the hotel is citywalk

The luxury at its best. Classic and timeless. Even though when I walked to the receptionist, I need to pull my luggage myself. I see another guests do the same. Not something to be complain about, but when I went to Pu*l*and, the concierge staff helped me with my luggage when I proceed with my check in. But the waiter in Jimbaran Lounge (I forgot his name. Was it Eric? He was previously in Room Service), he was so friendly to us when we had our dinner there. However in general, Ayana is class.

Kids loved the family activity area so much. Can't beat refillable popcorn and wide screens. Breakfast was great and the pool area was very safe for the kids. One of our kids had an incident (not fatal) and the staff took care if it with great attitude.
