The room is comfortable, the breakfast has many variations and tastes good. The hotel atmosphere is calm, the hotel is instagrammable for photos, all the staff are friendly.

Worst staycation. Bad management, room for couples is on the same floor as family, very noisy and can't rest. Have complained many times but no response. Highly not recommended to rest in this hotel. The swimming pool is dirty even though it's a holiday and there are many guests. The quantity of breakfast variants is quite a lot but the taste is lacking.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The food is delicious.

My first time staying at gh universal and it was a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff, quiet and clean atmosphere, big and clean room, and very varied and delicious food. Highly recommended for family vacation.

Stayed during a wedding anniversary, suddenly asked for a room set even though the rules were h-1 but in the end they were still served special thanks to Teh Lina. Many photos with European castle style buildings, the food was delicious. I recommend this hotel. Next time I want to stay here again. Thanks
