I checked in to room 211, it turned out that the AC was not cold and I complained and the technician came and said that freon had been added, but it turned out that it had no effect and I was not offered to move rooms. And when we checked out it coincided with a large family syawalan event that was held in the lobby area so the lobby was very crowded, so it was uncomfortable. The event should have been held in a closed room, so that it was comfortable for guests and also participants of the event.

Clean and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

Very interesting, spacious parking, strategic location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, opposite the hotel there is a fried rice place.

really like staying here, it's not noisy because it's still far from the highway. Any access is very easy and friendliness is number 1. For the breakfast menu, hopefully there will be more variations because it's a reference for a family hotel

The receptionist staff at night check-in were not friendly, the AC took a long time to cool down +- 2 hours. The sheets were dull, the refrigerator was not cold enough, the mattress was curved, the food was not varied enough and the taste was ordinary. The restaurant staff and bellboy were friendly, the AC technician entered the room without taking off his shoes.

Well, I already stayed here for a night couple of weeks ago, and cause some reason i booked again for 2 nights and with request stay in ground floor( first), like i stayed before. The request was 2 weeks before i come. The problem was when i chek in the worker ( not general) gave me room in second floor, and this hotel no lift. Imagine how difficult i was, who is walking not good cause operation. The worker in receptionist said all room in first floor are under construction/maintenance . And he didn’t explain if possible upgrades or something. It was evening and he was busy with walkie talkie. Very not recommended for people who is handicapped. No more staying here.

Was good there staying for the night, only they need to check more detail about the dirty sheet. But everything was okay, the worker was also good.

The room is dirty, I left it for a while and went out to look for food. When I came in, there were lots of baby cockroaches running around on the floor. The toilet also smelled of urine. The pillow cases were not white but grey.

The room is a bit dark because there is no daylight. Otherwise it is ok and the pool is always clean.

The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, solution-oriented, and quick to help customers.

The hot water doesn't work, there are baby cockroaches running around on the dressing table, there is no elevator. Luckily the food for breakfast is delicious even though there aren't many variations.

nice classic European style. only minus is there is no elevator only stairs. nice swimming pool.. last time I was here, there was a renovation. hopefully it will be even better in the future ok

The room facilities are okay. But the AC is not cold at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and very elegant, clean, and very fragrant. The room facilities up to the refrigerator and amenities are very complete. The swimming pool is clean. An extraordinary luxury. Unfortunately the international standard closet, no shower closet, is a bit troublesome for me who is a country bumpkin 😁🙏

all the hotel staff are friendly.... it will be the hotel of choice if you come to Jogja again, the place is comfortable, nice, close to all the food stalls, even though the hotel is an old building, it's all worth it... the food is also delicious
