got a room with a non-cold AC. I told the receptionist and a technician was called to check it, but the AC was still not cold. The room and hotel area were clean.

The hotel security on duty in the main lobby on April 7, 2025 at 13.15 was unfriendly, unprofessional, could only hold the door to open/close it, and did not care about hotel guests.

Rama hotel staff, the room is also clean but the AC is not cold. The presentation of food is not very attractive, hopefully the menu can be added and more attention can be paid to the taste. But other than that it's good 👍👍🙄.
