There were machine noises all day and night on the 10th floor in the room that were kind of disturbing.

I probably spend two days each year in this hotel. The room's comfort is unbeatable.

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel, adding 1 hour to the check out time because Friday prayers were also allowed... I will definitely come back again... I will come back to stay here again❤️

This is the umpteenth time staying here, even extended because the kids still enjoy staying there. The receptionist and all the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the cleaning service is very efficient. Happy to always stay here. ❤️

One thing that is not interesting here is that the F&B prices are the same as at Kempinski.

The price is quite good with the location in the city center

Close to Sarinah Mall and MH Thamrin busway stop, can ride bajaj or walk. The environment around the hotel is comfortable, shady for pedestrians or joggers, there are Alfamidi, Indomaret and Circle K for snacks. A little further walk there are many snack centers, tent stalls, delicious food. The room floor is clean, complete amenities ask to be cleaned every day, towels and other equipment are always replaced. On the 3rd floor there is a free laundry room that can be used by guests, there is a rooftop integrated with the pool and gym, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, very comfortable and homey room. Unfortunately there is no offer from the hotel to use the hotel bicycle or the children's activities listed, I'm reluctant to ask first.

Missed a hand towel and lowest ac temperature only 20 C (pretty hot) and used to have cooking knife in the kitchenette but not anymore and can't borrow some from the kitchen so a bit hard to cook by ourselves.

Highly recommended. Staff super friendly. I will stay at this hotel again as soon as I return to Jakarta

The price is a bit overpriced and the Chinese New Year decorations in the lobby are very overrated. So tacky like non-star hotels.

Everything is okay, but I just want to let you know, for children aged 6 years and above, breakfast has to be paid for if you only get breakfast for 2 people.

really like staying here.. especially bringing my elderly mother.. and the staff are very friendly.. helpful without being asked the best all the staff even my mother said she felt at home there... the rooftop is really nice for hanging out while drinking coffee..the fitness center is also quite complete there is also a mandatory massage on the massage chair while waiting for the laundry which is open 24 hours..free 😁 at most if I may suggest breakfast for the cake menu can be more varied,, then with the baked beans yesterday it was not cooked enough ☹️ the beef soto is the best fried banana is delicious the vegetable curry is also delicious and the pineapple pokcay juice will be one of my favorite staycation places

It's worth the price, the staff are friendly, when I arrived I was given a welcome drink, I stayed in a studio room type, complete facilities from TV, refrigerator, mini kitchen, hairdryer, and others. There are also self-washing facilities in the laundry room (on the 3rd floor), it's really nice to do laundry at night without anyone disturbing you, there are also electric massage chair facilities (while waiting for the laundry, while getting a massage) on the top floor there is a rooftop and swimming pool which can be a cool spot for taking pictures, in the lower lobby there is also a separate restaurant. If I go to Jakarta again, I want to stay here again.
