The staff is absolutely super duper friendly... the place is clean, there was just a small problem in the bathroom but it was immediately cleaned by the staff. The pool is very kid friendly so you can really relax by the pool. The food has a lot of variations and is all delicious. My child even said he wants to stay at the Sheraton again, Mom... thank you all.

Every time I go to Surabaya, I always try to stay at the Sheraton because everything is here.

The apartment is not very clean, the interior design is old.

The hotel staff are all friendly "the best", everything is done quickly. Definitely come back here, but please read the additional notes for guest reservations ☺️

I'm a bit disappointed that there are no more Jacuzzi facilities here. Even though the price keeps going up.

Strategic location, friendly service, friendly receptionist, many places to eat, only check in time is 3 and check out time is exactly 12 no late check out even though at that time there was still unfinished business. For other things it's good
