Nice hotel and location is close to the mall.

Second time staying here, strategic location and my kids love the decor and playground. Too bad in my first night on March 25 (family room 6335 if not mistaken), someone was ring the door bell few times in seconds at 11 pm when my kids were about to sleep. My husband opened the door in rush as we thought there were emergency situations. When he opened the door, we met one reception guy (or maybe the manager on duty, as I saw him when i checked in) in front of the door. He said that he just checking if all of us in the room are OK. We don't understand what happened. If he just want to check us, he can just press the bell one time and waiting politely until we open the door. If we don't open the door then he can try press the bells few times. Hope you can revisit your procedure.

The hotel is in a great location and the natural air conditioning is quite cool, even without air conditioning.

Just a few minutes walk across the pedestrian bridge to the mall and games, easy check in and check out process, complete room facilities, in the lobby there is a shop for shopping needs.

It's great, you just need a little healthy exercise, walk to the center of the crowd

The price is high but the facility is standard. The front office staff are poor, no hospitality and not helpful at all. I stayed for 2 nights at hotel with no smoking restrictions but I changed for 3 times because of irresponsible people smoking at room and the corridors. I came to get the fresh air at the balcony but in return I got the smoke poisson. No SOP / signage for not smoking in everywhere. The hotel managers can't control either investigate to mitigate the concern. Calls the operator always busy and no response! The breakfast price is cheap but the taste is standard, the location not in the hotel. No TV cable and no other gym or swimming pool facility. Please consider especially come with family with young children and senior, this is not fun experiance at all!

The room is big, there are 3 big beds, the room is clean, the bathroom is also clean, the hotel is strategic, close to many restaurants and close to Genting Sky World theme park, the hotel lobby is nice, the kids are really happy

The hotel check-in process is fast. You can self-check in or go through the front desk. The rooms are clean, spacious and child-friendly. The hotel location is close to skyworld mall.
