Old hotel but well maintained, food is also delicious.

If you're traveling to Bandung, you can stay at this hotel. It's highly recommended. The rooms are cheap and the quality is good.

The food is delicious but the room equipment is still old, from the AC to the toilet and bathtub.

The room and amenities were good, but the hair dryer in the room was loose. Every time I pressed it, I had to hold it because it would wobble slightly and then fall out and die. Check-in and checkout were good. I gave it a low rating because they were poor in responding to WhatsApp chats and didn't provide a proper explanation. Accor members should be able to get a member discount, but they said no, it had to be at the rate.

I booked 2 non-smoking rooms. When I checked in, the customer service representative told me I wanted a non-smoking room. It turned out I got a room on the 7th floor, a smoking-only floor. I was so annoyed. I asked to move floors, but they were already full, even though I paid via the app 3 days prior and confirmed it with the hotel the same day. I felt suffocated all night, my chest filled with smoke.

The hotel is quite large and comfortable. The bathroom is old and a bit musty. Need renovations.

It's an older hotel, but it's still clean. It's comfortable to stay here because it's relatively close to the toll road.

The front officer was very unprofessional, my driver's license was not returned after photocopying/scanning it for registration. I thought it would be returned at checkout, but it wasn't returned either, coincidentally I didn't remember because I was in a hurry to take care of the (4) family members who were staying. Unlike other hotels, after registration it was immediately returned. I WA, eh instead I was asked to pay the shipping costs for their mistake. Even though they ended up covering the shipping costs, they were very slow to respond, it took 3 days for the shipping process. And amazingly, from the beginning until the end when I reprimanded them, they didn't apologize once. What a great service!

The room is quite comfortable, not noisy, only the bathroom is a bit dirty, maybe because the hotel is a bit old, overall it's okay

Check-in was super fast, and the staff was friendly. If you order food from an online motorcycle taxi (ojol), you can leave it with the concierge. By the way, you can walk to many cafes through the back door.

It's kid-friendly because there's a kids club. The pool is also great for kids. There's a maximum of one child per room, but that's okay.

The rooms, although old, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is comprehensive and the restaurant is spacious. I was a bit surprised by the Olympic-sized pool, which is really nice.

The location isn't exactly in the heart of Bandung, but it's actually quite good. Across from In Parfume, there are plenty of trendy cafes nearby.
