Check-in was super fast, and the staff was friendly. If you order food from an online motorcycle taxi (ojol), you can leave it with the concierge. By the way, you can walk to many cafes through the back door.

It's kid-friendly because there's a kids club. The pool is also great for kids. There's a maximum of one child per room, but that's okay.

The rooms, although old, are clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is comprehensive and the restaurant is spacious. I was a bit surprised by the Olympic-sized pool, which is really nice.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. The building and room interiors are quite old, so I didn't have high expectations. However, the hot water quality could be improved, as it wasn't hot enough, especially for morning showers when the weather was still cool.
