Check in was fast even though the hotel was crowded because it was a long weekend. Booked 3 rooms & upgraded to all three. Requested late check out until 13:00 & was allowed. Everything was pleasant ..... our regular hotel for dozens of years.

probably countless stays at El Hotel. From comfort, easy access to everywhere. In terms of price is relatively affordable. Very suitable for families to stay at this hotel, large swimming pool, varied food.

4 star hotel feels like reddors, if you want to take a hot shower you have to wait for it to get hot hahaha funny, moving rooms because of the hot water, when you move rooms instead of getting better the hotel is even more chaotic, the problem is still the hot water is not flowing, the old hotel instead of upgrading it is downgraded. poor

Hotel near Jalan Braga, just walk a short distance to get there...top floors with mountain views are more appropriate for a staycation in Bandung. This hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel was great. For the location, room, pool, service, unfortunately the elevator waiting time was bad. It was long and crowded all the time.
