Great hotel with strategic location

Location is very good however room is very old and dusty. The bathroom also has fungus in the bathtub mat. The painting in the bathroom has black spots. The room is humid and has no good ventilation. The bed linen or the pillow sheets not changed into clean new ones. Not enough power sockets are provided. Standard room can only get level 4 as the highest. The breakfast price even as a set with room is expensive - 1/3 of the room price. The hotel needs total renovation to offer good value at the current price.

The hotel is okay, but the surrounding area is far from the city center.

Smooth check-in and check-out process, requests are promptly accommodated. Food and beverages offered both in-room dining and sit-in restaurant are in good quality and taste.

The food & beverages are excellent.

The hotel room a bit old and our first room's air conditioning not functioning well. Luckily we still have room to change.

相当满意，房间干净又宽敞。唯独半夜里中央空调严重滴水，隔天因为行程匆忙也忘了报备。这方面请多多注意。thanks.

Strategic location at the city center. Few walking steps to the springs shopping mall and bintulu waterfront.

Bilik yang besar dan selesa, kolam mandi dan gym blh digunakan. Hotel yang bersih dan paling bagus dapat berjalan kaki ke mall.

Large and comfortable room, swimming pool and gym can be used. The cleanest and best hotel within walking distance to the Mall.

The hotel is quite old but the price is considered reasonable. The pillows have this musty smell but we managed to get them replaced. The bath room door has this creaking noise which is quite annoying. The breakfast is fine. Has parking space but parked at your risk. The hotel is located near to The Spring.

An old modern hotel. The staff were gentle, polite and welcoming. The room charges included everything. The toilet tank cover had to be opened in order to flush completely.

So far so good, just door need maintenance or else got some noise and difficult to open.

Next vacation I want the same room 😅.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff and clean hotel. However, foods still need to be improve.

Nothing to complain about. Semua perfect. But I think the swimming pool is not strictly control by the hotel because non guest easily coming in and swim. Just ew

- The phone in the room is broken. - Room without refrigerator. - Going from the lobby to the elevator with an unpleasant smell from the kitchen.
