The frontliner who served me probably forgot to input the information for the suitcase delivery by the bellboy, so I waited for my luggage in the room for more than 3 hours even though I had called several times to ask why it hadn't been delivered to the room. But finally, they gave me a free compliment for access to the club. As for the facilities, although a bit old, they are still good. It's just a shame that almost half of the employees are unfriendly, don't smile, don't greet me, even though as far as I know, that's standard hotel SOP, especially since this is a 5-star hotel.
