Stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time because it's close to the shopping center (nu sentral Mall), easy transportation access (bus to airport, train station LRT, MRT, klia express) and the hotel staff are very friendly.

It was really close to Kuala Lumpur sentral, which made it really easy to commute with any kind of transportation. Breakfast was great, kept us full till our next destination. The room was spacious & clean. The price was great for all the benefits it offered. Great experience!

Cold AC, clean and tidy room, water heater works well, clean room. Not noisy

The AC is on, but it's not cold at all, only called a technician to check, the room smells and is hot, asking to change rooms is not allowed. You should think twice about staying here..

The service is very fast and friendly, the location of the hotel is also very strategic, next time I go to KL I might stay here again.

The stay was friendly and the location is good, close to public transportation (Monorail, LRT, KTM, and Bus).

I found a cockroach in my room. It was so unnerving to see that creature crawling around in the room. The bedsheet and pillow are stained. I bet they never wash them. What a nightmare!

Old and worn-out bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Hard and uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. Poor food quality and taste.

Inside bed so many cockroach. Can't sleeping. Very sad

In my opinion, it's good, comfortable, safe. If I come to KL again, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is strategic. Close to KL Sentral. The hotel, although a bit old, is still well maintained. Cleanliness is also maintained. The room is also relatively more spacious. It could be an alternative if you go to Kuala Lumpur again.

right in the middle of the city...close to KL SENTRAL and all transportation is available...so it's not complicated to go anywhere
