Got a room with a bathtub, super comfortable room. Close to everywhere.

Overall, the room is spacious and clean, the staff is friendly, the amenities are complete, and the location is close to everything. Stayed in a superior room, with only the restaurant as a view, making me feel like I was locked in. The shower didn't work properly and needed repairs. The sink drain was clogged. The most disturbing thing was the smell of cooking in the room all the time, which was very uncomfortable.

The hotel is nice, the facilities are complete. Maybe the breakfast menu needs to be improved to have more varied food and maybe more training is needed for one of the staff in the restaurant who was welcoming breakfast guests while chewing candy (impolite) and was not very friendly. When informed that the watermelon was sour, they didn't apologize or give the guest a replacement fruit, they just said yes and looked away hehe

Stayed here for 3 days, the hotel is close to Muslim/halal food stalls, so it is suitable for Muslims to stay in Kediri Tuban Kuta, precisely at Famous. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, there is a swimming pool too, it's just that my bathroom's drain is not smooth, so I have to open it often when showering, especially when shampooing, maybe there is a part of my hair that is blocking it. Overall it's okay, if you're hungry in the middle of the night, you won't be confused, there are many sellers across the hotel. Recommended 👍👍🥰

Friendly service & hotel location close to the airport

A budget hotel, but it's definitely not cheap. I highly recommend it. My first impression was being greeted by friendly reception staff and a clean, fragrant lobby. All the staff are incredibly friendly. I booked a room without a bathtub, but the staff upgraded it because we wanted a twin room. Oh my God, and at no additional cost. The room was large and clean. The TV wasn't smart, just TV channels, but it was okay. The breakfast menu was varied, but the taste was a bit salty. Yesterday's breakfast had a Christmas theme. The swimming pool was clean, and even the air freshener was spread all over the pool area, making it really comfortable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay yesterday. The sheets and blankets have been REQUESTED to be changed every day, but it still wasn't done (even though there shouldn't be a need to request it, because the payment is the same as getting a new room every day). After a long trip from outside the hotel, I had to keep calling housekeeping even after I had already informed the receptionist the previous day and the next morning, and I ended up having to supervise housekeeping changing the sheets and filling the soap bottle. Maybe they thought the guests wouldn't notice that the sheets weren't changed? Hahaha. The food at the breakfast buffet also often ran out even though breakfast wasn't over, and the restaurant was HOT as if the AC had never been turned on.

Clean room, cool AC, hot water worked well, helpful staff, fairly soft mattress, TV not yet a smart TV, complete amenities, from toiletries to a hairdryer, old-fashioned bathtub but perfect for a hot bath. Minuses: The food wasn't very appealing, with limited menu choices. The fried rice, chicken with chili sauce, and sausage were too salty. The chocolate spread was bland, as if water had been added. The tea was disgusting. The mango juice was too sweet and had too much sugar. The restaurant lacked air conditioning, was in a closed room with only a fan, and was stuffy and boring. The breakfast menu was a complete dud.

It was so quiet, clean and relaxing. Bathroom light need to change with a brighter one. Everything else is good. I am happy.
