1) When checking in, the staff's attitude was very bad, he remained sitting/didn't stand up & greet the guest (I greeted him first), he only wiped his eyes with tissue, which looked a little red. 2) When I asked if all my payments were done, he said it was done, then I signed on the form & I got 2 key cards (that day I booked 2 rooms via traveloka). 3) At 23.30 there was a call to our room, I heard the voice of a male staff, who said that I hadn't paid for 1 room (paid at the hotel), he asked me to pay that night too. I was very angry & disappointed with his treatment, because his call disturbed my & my family's rest, why didn't he contact me before break time, or the next day. Then I told the staff that I would finish it tomorrow. 4) The next day at around 8 am, while we were still resting (because I couldn't sleep again that night after getting a call at 23.30), the staff called again & asked me to finish the payment, then I told them that I would finish it when I checked out. 5) When I checked out, I met again with the female staff who served me when I checked in, then I expressed my disappointment & anger at her bad attitude, not checking first whether I had paid for 1 room (pay at hotel) & instead giving me 2 key cards, so her friend (male staff) called me at 23.30. Instead of showing guilt by apologizing sincerely, the staff argued that yesterday she didn't see that there was 1 pay at hotel room. I was very angry because I had entered my card number in the Traveloka application, so when I was at the hotel, the staff said it was done, I thought that Traveloka had automatically debited my card in the Traveloka application. 6) In addition to the bad attitude of the staff, the condition of the room looked very shabby, the color of the sheets was not clean white, the wardrobe looked damaged, the curtains could not be closed properly, the bathroom floor was dirty, the towels felt rough, there was no lock knob in my child's room & when opening the door (connection) closed the TV on the wall. The parking area is narrow, uncomfortable & not free.

looks like an old restored hotel, the room feels damp and lacks ventilation.. but the room is big

The hotel's location is strategic, even though the hotel is old, it is quite clean, only the towels are not very good.

maybe because it's under renovation, it's quite noisy

The hotel staff (female receptionist) was very annoying and unfriendly, we were given a room that was not according to the price and did not match the picture in the application, the room was super noisy because it was not soundproof even though it was on the 5th floor but the sound of incoming vehicles made it impossible to sleep.

First time staying here, overall it's safe but maybe in the future they can provide facial tissue and for toilet tissue can be replaced with better quality. Thank you

The room was really dirty, lots of hair, the blanket was damp, and there was a leak in the roof.

Came to check in at 2 pm the room was not ready. Came again at 7 pm the room was still not ready. It was suggested to enter a room type below, I didn't want to. The receptionist ladies were very unfriendly. Their faces were sullen while on the phone with the cleaning service insisting. Finally given the room key. Arrived at the room in a condition where it was still being tidied up. The bed was bad, the mattress was tilted to the middle making my body ache. The dirty, shabby sheets had never been changed. The room lighting was dim, making the atmosphere scary with hair everywhere and smelly. Very noisy vehicle noise. The toilet was dirty and smelly even though the water was flowing smoothly. Dusty towels. Breakfast took a long time to be ready. Asked for take away but was given bread, which was initially said not possible. The elevator was difficult to access. We paid here, woy. Not recommended. Very bad hotel.

The water is black, the service is not satisfactory. The room is standard

The AC needs maintenance so that it doesn't emit an unpleasant odor. Other improvements are also needed.

Strategic location in Blok M, lots of food sales

Cleanliness should be improved, pillow cases and pillows smell unpleasant

One of the hotel staff was not very friendly, and I made sure not to lose my ID card there, the hotel staff was not very helpful. As far as I remember when I checked in, I had not received my ID card.

The location is strategic, close to anywhere, the room is also clean🙏
