Everything was fine, except the surrounding area was a bit noisy; the rooms were sparsely lit. Cihampelas Street became a racing arena at night, which was very disruptive to a comfortable stay. Customer requests on Traveloka were lacking, and requests for connecting rooms were not granted even though reservations had been made long ago.

The hotel is quite good, comfortable, the location is also good, near the mall.

Satisfying, clean, and modern hotel. The surrounding views are beautiful. The breakfast restaurant is located next to the pool, so you can have breakfast while swimming. Additional children are charged 125,000 Rupiah. The location is inside Ciwalk Mall, a cool mall filled with trees and a cool, open space. What else could I ask for? Perfect for a family vacation. The hotel is small, not many rooms, but since it's part of the mall, it's perfect. The breakfast is good, the service is great. This is my second stay, thank you.

The location is very strategic, being in the city center and close to shopping areas. However, the atmosphere can be a bit noisy due to street noise. Breakfast is very varied, and the food is excellent.

The room is nice and comfortable, unfortunately I was given a room with a view of the building not yet finished so it was not impressive and noisy so I couldn't rest.

Everything is okay, but if the hotel and mall parking were separated, it would be even better...

My first stay at Sensa was truly enjoyable. I got a free upgrade to deluxe and checked in earlier, which was supposed to be 4 PM. I arrived at 1 PM and was already allowed in. Thank you to the front desk staff.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the location is close to the mall, so it is highly recommended, especially for those bringing children.

This was my first time staying at the Sensa Hotel. There's plenty of culinary and souvenir options. Ciwalk is just a short walk away. You can hang out in the area.
