Overall it's good, the atmosphere is cool, green... the kids are happy... the only thing lacking is that in the future the pool has warm water, this hotel would be even better... hopefully in the future they can consider having a pool with warm water..🙂

strategic location, the room we booked was a family room, nice and comfortable, the room is quite big, can accommodate 5 people, there are many choices for breakfast, I have been a regular stayer here

Suitable for a staycation with children, because there are many activities that can be done at the hotel, the weather is cool tending to be cold. But for this grand suite type, the location is a bit far from everywhere, there is no balcony, the view is more towards the forest

In terms of facilities, the swimming pool, garden and friendly staff, I give a thumbs up, I was impressed that it was different from other hotels in Lembang that were indifferent. However, it is very unfortunate that when I stayed on March 8, 2025 with number 539, my comfort was disturbed by the sound of passing vehicles and workers who were renovating, although there was a sign on the table apologizing from the hotel. For breakfast, in my opinion, especially the main course, it was a bit lacking in taste and variety, such as fried rice and chicken. Maybe in the future I hope these things will not happen.

Many children's facilities. Playground, animal feeding, and there is a temple for taking pictures. The environment is beautiful and spacious. The location is easily accessible and the parking lot is spacious. Breakfast is varied but the taste is lacking. So is the room service, it is better to bring provisions or eat out

The hotel maintain a good environment with surrounding cool fresh air. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel so you do not need to find outside. The breakfast also has many option. I like the ambience of the hotel. Unfortunately, I got a raining all the day when I stayed 2 weeks ago and the restaurant behind the hotel was booking by a group for wedding party. I recommend the hotel to whom wants to take a rest at the weekend.

Overall, in terms of location, the facilities are really good, but staying there for 4 days and 3 nights is just okay and the staff is not very fast and is very lacking in saying thank you to the guests 🙏

nice place, good food and cozy location. The downside of the room is that it is not soundproof. There is a neighbor's room that is noisy until 03.00 in the morning and can be heard in the room.
