We stayed in a Family Room, which was indeed windowless. The deposit required was quite substantial, RM200, and a RM10 tourism tax was charged upon check-out. The location is strategically located near the Cat Statue. It's within walking distance to the waterfront, but it's quite far, about 12-15 minutes. Finding food is easy; there are many food stalls across the street, close to McDonald's, and a short walk towards the Sheraton is the popular eatery, TOP SPOT. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The downside is the large deposit and the tax charged on top of the room rate.

The reception staff is very friendly and kind, check-in was done quickly without any problems, the room is clean and spacious and there is a mini fridge, very satisfied here, maybe I will stay here again if I go to Kuching, oh yes, there is no toothbrush provided, so please prepare it from outside

Centrally located and walking distance to Waterfront. Lots of eateries nearby. Bathroom cleanliness could be better, but shower curtain in my room was super clean.

The table at the room very dirty, a lot of dust. The toilet was wet when I'm enter the room, I think there's a water leaked from the sink or closet area. So we have to change the room. At first we booked the queen + 1 single bed, the window quite big. But because of the toilet we must change to 3 single bed room, and the window was very small. We don't really like the ambiance. Location was good there's many food nearby

Quite pleasant, located quite close to the waterfront and the landmark cat statue. Easy to find food. Only the room and toilet are cramped with almost no space left. Overall will come back here as long as the price is still reasonable.

Stay here many times with my family, location is good, food is easy to find and walkable, many nearby stores, also a 10-minute walk to the waterfront. Only the room is a bit small, but it is enough for 2 people, see you next time.
