The room is clean and comfortable, the location is close to the crowds and public transportation, minus the small room size like most hotels in Hong Kong.

The room is very small, only for the area very close to Causeway Bay. About 3 minutes to the metro. To open the suitcase you have to change turns. For towels, they give towels like tissues so just be safe, bring your own towel

It's great to find a hotel that is so beautiful, clean and close to the city center. If I go to HK, I want to stay here again

Small room, comfortable for one person to sleep in, near food, near a famous tart shop, near the MRT

The facilities for amenities really bad. They give towel from papers and don't changed it daily. And if you want to change those towel paper you should buy it from vending machine and charged $ 10. They don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush also!

Nice location with many shops around. Room a bit cramp, a bit hard to open luggage.

Many shops, bakery, and mall nearby, the small bus stops just outside the hotel and MTR also nearby just around 300 m. The rooms are small and a bit cramp especially if you bring big luggage. The bed is a bit hard that a had backache when I woke up. Service just OK, and they need 500 $ deposit when you check in.

It was a great hotel, clean, and cozy with 24 hours front office. Its lobby was so artsy that you may find perfect background for your photos. Its location was great as well, walking distance to luxurious shopping malls and Causeway Bay Station (MTR). I came here as a solo traveller and this hotel really fit with my budget as well.

I was quite surprised with the money that I spent, this hotel is totally worth it. Location is perfect, shopping and culinary heaven. MTR is so near only around 5 minutes walking and while you walk, please anticipate to droll over the temptation of good food along the way (including the famous bake house) Definitely will stay here again.

The rooms are small, Hong Kong standards, but comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day. The check in officer was friendly. Can check in late at night. Close to the center of Causeway Bay. Also close to Cafe de Coral. It's a bit far from Wellcome but it's still okay. Hot water kettle and hair dryer are provided. Disadvantages: Aqua is not provided. Bring a three-prong to two-prong (EU) plug adapter from home.

The rooms are small but clean every day, transportation access is very close, shopping centers are close, there are lots of places to eat in the hotel area. We loved staying here.

Perfectly located, just 5min walk from the causeway bay MTR and some restaurants & shops including the famous Bakehouse bakery. Coffee shops are also available next door. Room-wise; Despite the size, the room is very nicely designed with a big windows. However the bed was quite hard, and the bathroom was cramped. You literally need to open the sliding door of the bathroom in order to be able to sit on the toilet bowl. And you need to consider bringing your own bath towel since the ‘ bath towel’ that they provided is just as small as a hand towel. Overall it was a nice stay.
