I'm really satisfied with my second visit here. The Lorin Hotel never disappoints. There are lots of activities for the kids, so they have a lot of fun. Keep it up, Lorin. There are also lots of discounts on the price. If you don't want to go to Puncak, this is the hotel of choice for families.

The hotel is cool and beautiful, clean, and perfect for exercising. The grounds and swimming pool are also spacious.

All the staff were friendly and very helpful, and check-in was fast. I got it for around 600,000 Rupiah on Traveloka. If I checked in at the hotel, it would have been 850,000 Rupiah. The deluxe queen room was spacious enough for the four of us, two adults and two toddlers. The bed was comfortable, plus there was a long sofa, which was very useful. The bathroom was clean, with complete amenities. A hairdryer was available at reception. The hotel is very kid-friendly, with adequate play facilities. The swimming pool/waterpark is also fun, and the kids enjoyed playing in the water. However, the water, well, the chlorine smell is quite strong. The breakfast selection is extensive, delicious, and there are plenty of dining chairs, both indoor and outdoor. So far, my first impression of this hotel is very good, not a dud. God willing, I'll stay here again sometime. For those with small children looking for a staycation in a hotel with complete child-friendly facilities, please try Hotel Lorin Sentul. A very kid-friendly hotel. No need to go out to find other experiences outside..

First time here, I was afraid it wouldn't meet my expectations, but this time I was satisfied, my family was happy... That's it.

This hotel is old. It's not very clean. The room smells of urine. The white table is very dirty. I don't know how a star-rated hotel can tolerate such a dirty table. Wouldn't it be better to cover it with cloth and glass?

The room has enough space, complete amenities, you can borrow a hairdryer. The glass needs to be cleaned more carefully, the bed cover has faded, the adult swimming pool needs to be renovated, many of the tiles are broken.

It's all good, okay, keep improving it.

Not far from the toll exit. You can enjoy the swimming pool and other facilities even before check-in time. Besides the pool, there's a small garden, gym, and safe playground. The pools are also very varied. It's safe and the kids were very happy. There was a long line at check-in because it was school holidays. But there's a comfortable waiting area for the kids to watch. I'll be back again. The breakfast is all delicious, the staff are friendly, and the food refills are very fast. The black sticky rice porridge and salad are the best. Enter Lorin. The prayer room on the 10th floor is very quiet and dark. I was a bit worried about Isha prayers. But the prayer room in the Lorin Syariah section is very nice and comfortable. Thank you Lorin for a great vacation.

The food served wasn't very varied. The taste was also lacking. The bathroom shower didn't fully drain water from the shower head. The soap provided by the hotel also contained too much water, so it didn't lather. The Wi-Fi signal sometimes hung.

The location is easy, exit the toll road and go straight to your destination. Very kids friendly, my kids are happy.

Even though it was just the two of us with a one-year-old toddler, it felt comfortable and safe. Maybe the slide in the indoor playground could be fixed, as it's broken, I'm afraid it's dangerous 🤎😊
